These terms govern your use of the public website at astrabotix.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

About the website

The website provides information about Astrabotix, an AI experience platform for building AI Apps and Bots, placing them through embeds or Launchpads, and configuring supported controls. Product capabilities, prices and availability may change before checkout opens.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that damages or overloads the service, or use its content for unlawful, misleading or infringing activity.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website, Astrabotix name and branding, page design, copy, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Astrabotix. You may view the website for your own legitimate evaluation, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.

Product information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, but the website may describe features that are being prepared or may change. A capability should not be relied on until it is identified as currently available in the product or confirmed in writing.

AI providers and operating costs

Astrabotix uses a Bring Your Own Key model for supported AI providers. Provider API charges are separate from Astrabotix pricing and are governed by your agreement with that provider. “Zero Token Markup” means Astrabotix does not add a markup to supported provider token charges; it does not mean AI usage is free.

Third-party services

References or links to external providers, websites, checkouts or tools do not necessarily mean that Astrabotix has a native integration, partnership or endorsement relationship with them. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and monitoring outputs before publication or use, particularly for regulated, sensitive or high-stakes decisions.

Website availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the public website. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the public website is provided for general information and evaluation, and Astrabotix is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on incomplete or outdated marketing information where the law permits that limitation.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Paid service terms should be provided separately before checkout opens.
